Jump on your mountain bike at your front door or slip on your hiking boots and be on some of the best biking and hiking trails in the country within minutes. Water ski, Jet Ski, wake board and fish. **This property requires a two-night minimum stay on all Friday and Saturday nights from 6/20/03-6/26/03 and 7/6/03-12/16/03, and a three-night minimum stay from 6/27/03-7/5/03.**
**Please Note - Sunday, 8/31/03, has a two-night minimum stay requirement for Labor Day weekend.**
These spacious one and two-bedroom suites feature tastefully appointed accommodations in beautiful Tahoe style. Both one and two-bedroom suites offer their guests a full kitchen including refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, blender, and coffeemaker, as well as a large living area complete with a gas fireplace. Other amenities include a balcony to take in the beauty of the Lake Tahoe area, alarm clock radio, cable TV and video player, ceiling fans, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and direct dial telephone. From the Reno Tahoe International Airport: Exit airport on Plumb Lane, then turn left on Highway 395 South, and drive approximately 30 miles to Highway 50. Take Highway 50 West approximately 20 miles to the Nevada state line. Pass the casinos, once over the California state line, turn right on Park Avenue. 3 Peaks Resort & Beach Club is approximately 300 yards up the road on the right hand side.
